This space is the official one-stop-shop for all of the relevant and latest information on the **DEADPXLZ** ecosystem.

The project started out in March 2021. It was born out of a desire to build in and innovate the crypto space as well as bring people together in a thriving community of likeminded individuals.

The project has since then established itself as one of the leading NFT projects on the Cardano blockchain.

**Genesis PXLZ** are the **first interactive NFT** collection on the blockchain.

**There are 10,000 Genesis PXL NFTs in existence.**

**PXLZ are not JPEGs**. They are exclusively made of code. Because of this you can interact with them by tapping or clicking on virtually any device which supports a web browser.

You can access the rarity of each Genesis PXL when viewing it by double tapping/clicking on your screen.

Due to the fact that Genesis PXLZ are **progressive web applications** (PWAs), Genesis PXLZ can also live as apps on your phone. .

**Update #1 - September 2022** The PXL Staking Programme has ended as planned, on August 30th 2022.

**57,769,840 DING** were released into circulation via this programme.

As per the rules of the programme, all unclaimed rewards (totalling **10,440,040 DING**) were added to the .

**75,000,000 $DING** will be put into circulation via the **Genesis PXLZ & metaPXLZ** staking program as follows:

*   **56,841,567 $DING** will be allocated towards holders.
    
*   **11,368,314 $DING** will be allocated towards holders.
    
*   **6,790,119 $DING** will go into the .
    

The PXL Staking program is taking place between May 2nd 2022 - July 31st 2022 on

Genesis PXLZ can accrue from 4,985 $DING up to 10,000 $DING / PXL staked whilst metaPXLZ can get from 997 $DING up to 2,000 $DING / metaPXL staked.

Items from both collections will see varying rewards based on each staked token’s rarity.

There is no lock-up period on staking and as such, holders can stake or unstake whenever they wish to.

A penalty applies to those who harvest earlier than the 90 day fixed staking term: 25% of the total accrued $DING / unstaked PXL if unstaking takes place before 60 days of the staking program have passed and 20% between 60 and 90 days.

DING LP Drive Programme Schedule

1.  **Accumulation Phase** _Starts 8/31/2022 @ 19:00 UTC, runs for 10 days_ Deposits are open for the DING/ADA liquidity pair for a limited 10-day window.
    
    Once this phase has ended, all raised funds will be added to Liquidity Pools across one or more prominent Cardano DEXes, depending on the total final amount that was raised.
    
2.  **DEX Liquidity Provision** _Between the Accumulation Phase and Reward Distribution Round #1_ The corresponding LP tokens yielded by this liquidity provision will then be redirected to each corresponding user's LP Drive account and undergo a **30-day lock period, starting with the Round #1 kick-off time**.

**Update #2** (December, 2022) The $DING LP Drive programme has come to an end. All eligible airdrops have been sent to the corresponding wallets and users can now claim their LP Tokens.

**Update #1** (September, 2022) Following a successful accumulation phase of the DING LP Drive programme, the DEADPXLZ community has managed to raise a **1.6M ADA TVL**. These funds have since been added to the on Minswap. A ADA/MIN/DING triple yield farm has also been set up for those who wish to stake their Minswap LP tokens.

The **$DING LP Drive** is an incentivised liquidity provision programme dedicated exclusively to $DING holders which is set to happen in late August 2022.

In addition to classic liquidity provision in DeFi, where users just go onto a decentralised exchange and just order a liquidity provision, the $DING LP Drive event aims to incentivise brave, early $DING holders (ie. PXL holders) by offering exclusive benefits to all those who dare venture forth and participate in this limited programme.

The $DING LP Drive programme will be developed completely in-house, in that sweet, unique DEADPXLZ style!

**Let's take a closer look at how the programme's going to unfold!**

3.  The resulting LP tokens will then be distributed towards everyone who participated in the programme relative to the amount they provided. This liquidity will be then locked for 30 days at the end of which participants will be eligible to claim part of their Rewards (see below) as well as the full corresponding amount of LP tokens. The goal is for the DEX liquidity pools to provide sufficient depth and as such allow a seamless $DING trading experience and avoid sudden price dumps (historically known to happen) due to liquidity withdrawal.
    
4.  Unlocking all the rewards will require a full 90-day LP staking period. Additionally, the project will liaise with the DEXes on which the LPs have been set up with the goal of setting up special farming activities for those who provided liquidity. (ie. Minswap's triple yield farms).

By this point in the project timeline, the vast majority of $DING circulating supply will be held by Genesis or metaPXL holders who participated in the event.

In order to kickstart the $DING trading economy, liquidity pools supplying the ADA/DING pair need to provide sufficient depth in order for traders to avoid unreasonable aka get the best possible deal for their trades at a given time by incurring as little as possible losses.

Raising enough liquidity in the form of the DING / ADA pair so as to provide a good trading user (and wallet) experience in the form of an incentivised event via the Get $DING platform, .

The 1st phase of the $DING LP Drive will consist of a 10 day period of time in which $DING holders will be able to provide DING / ADA liquidity via the .

**Update #1 - September 2022**

A total of **10,440,040 DING** stemming from unclaimed rewards has been added to the **Community DAO Treasury fund.** See the transaction .

The Community Dao Treasury fund now holds **17,230,160 DING.**

The remaining unharvested $DING from both the and programmes as well as $DING stemming from penalties applied for early unstaking will go into the Community DAO Treasury Fund alongside its seed amount of **6,790,119 $DING**.

This fund represents the DEADPXLZ community’s first step towards becoming self-governed.

A number of prominent community members will be assigned as signatories of the wallet containing the DAO Treasury Fund which will be spent according to proposals coming from and voted by the PXLZ community.

1.  The current circulating supply of the $DING token is below 10% of the total supply. Both buying and selling pressure piling up on the current DEX LP are creating trade volatility as well as inviting impermanent loss and fluctuant slippage rates.
    

3.  Consolidating the $DING economy and ecosystem has proven time consuming for the project and is offsetting development milestones as well as creating the inevitable necessity of engaging 3rd party entities in order to achieve reasonable deadline completion.

**This programme aims to proliferate the distribution of the $DING token** to holders outside of the DEADPXLZ ecosystem by providing interested parties with several exclusive benefits such as:

*   **Forged PXLZ NFTs based on the level of participation**
    

**$DING Royale** participation is open to everyone and does not involve any prerequisites nor imposes limitations and **only requires $ADA**.

Based on the amount of $ADA that a users decides to spend, they will be receiving the following:

1.  **A participation NFT which:**
    
    *   Provides eligibility for claiming an equivalent amount of $DING to that of the ADA which was spent (at the exchange rate of the time of purchase).

**200,000,000 $DING** will be allocated to the Project Ecosystem Fund which will bankroll the acquisition of key strategic services from developers, marketers, artists & other verticals which are vital in sustaining a thriving project.

The Project Ecosystem Fund will undergo a vesting schedule which will see 10,000,000 $DING unlock once every 3 months for 5 years.

This fund will be managed exclusively by the project owner with input from the community and advisors.

# Boot Camp | DEADPXLZ

The **PXL Boot Camp** will be a limited PXL Forge programme introduced ahead of PvP & Skirmishes. It will allow users to get an early start by forging their PXLZ and earning $DING rewards while they’re at it.

To this end, a special Boot Camp fund of **25,000,000 $DING** will be up for grabs. The Boot Camp will run for **30 days** and players will be rewarded with $DING based on how much ADA they spend on Forging during this program.

The $DING rewards for participating in this event will be subject to a 90-day continuous vesting schedule.

This allows for bootstrapping the initial PXL Wars ADA Treasury as well as provide means for users to gain $DING at an advantageous rate, regardless if they hold Genesis PXLZ or metaPXLZ.

The PXL Boot Camp will launch on Cardano mainnet one month before the P2E PvP mode goes live in PXL Wars.

The **PXL Wars** is a **Play to Earn** (P2E) game built on the Cardano blockchain where users will be able to conduct a number of activities such as and as well as use their for a competitive edge in battle.

PXL Wars champions built around two main goals:

1.  Rewarding players who are are good at the game
    
2.  Rewarding holders at the same time
    

Both P2E and Genesis holder rewards will be paid in ADA, the currency which powers the Cardano blockchain.

PXL Wars will be open to everyone, regardless if they hold Genesis or metaPXLZ.

Wars accounts will be created in the form of an NFT on the Cardano blockchain. All relevant game activity and user information will then be logged within this newly minted account token’s metadata thus assuring complete ownership over one’s PXL Wars account.

Future iterations/add-ons of the game will bring extra content, features and levels of interaction to the table.

**Forging** is the PXL Wars activity where users choose from a selection of **69 Attributes** and **5 Bases** (identical to the ones from the Genesis collection) and build (forge) their own custom PXL in exchange for ADA.

A full breakdown of forge pricing can be found .

Users will then be able to take their Forged PXLZ into battle and play vs. other users for ADA rewards.

In order to be able to participate in a PXL Wars battle a user needs to have forged at least 3 PXLZ.

The number of forged PXLZ / user will be capped to 20.

The PXL Wars Forge will be split into 3 main tiers:

Forging Explained

A minimum of 3 Forged PXLZ are required in order to play PvP.

There are 5 PXL bases in the game, DEAD, REPTILE, VAMPIRE, WEREWOLF & ALIEN.

A base can support up to 6 forging slots. Each forging slot can be used by one attribute. Each attribute (69 total) provides special abilities to a PXL (active or passive).

Each forged PXL can have up to 6 lives. No more than 3 identical attributes can be forged / account.

The maximum number of PXLZ which can be forged by one account is 20. Forged PXLZ can be removed to free up space. A user cannot remove or add attributes onto an already-forged PXL.

PXL Bases will feature passive and active native abilities which can be used during battle.

Attributes can be forged on top of a user’s existing PXL bases provided they are compatible with that specific base.

Each attribute comes equipped with a passive or active ability which can be used in battle.

The **PXL Wars Shop** will allow users to acquire several types of in-game items which can provide the extra edge needed to win.

**Consumables** will be usable both in-game and outside of the game and will consist of special potions which can boost your PXL Squad’s abilities.

**Cosmetics** are special 1/1 skins which your forged PXLZ can equip for a truly unique look.

**Battle Arenas** will provide special buffs to your PXL Squad.

**PXL Loot Boxes** can be acquired with ADA and will give out random selection of goodies based on the box’s rarity.

**PXL Skirmishes** are meant to help players test out strategies and practice their PvP skills without spending any ADA on forging. As a consequence, rewards for winning Skirmish battles will not be paid out in ADA but in **Skirmish Tickets**.

The Skirmishes provide a free entry point into the PXL Wars game for users who want to have a taste before fully committing.

**PXL Skirmishes** is the free to play version of PXL Wars.

Skirmishes will require the user to spend Skirmish Tickets in order to participate but don’t worry! A bunch of these tickets are given for free upon creating a new account and are also purchasable from the in-game shop by using $DING.

Forged PXLZ will feature a number of lives based on the number of attributes which are forged on each of them as well as the type of the base which is being forged (minimum lives = 1).

Forging will funnel funds into the PXL Wars ADA Treasury as well as into the Genesis PXL Holders ADA Treasury based on how many attributes are being forged per each PXL.

The more attributes that are being forged on one single PXL, the more of the total forging cost will be funnelled into the Wars ADA Treasury and vice-versa.

Consequentially, once a PXL has been forged, a user may not add extra attributes on top, even if not all forging slots have been filled.

Here’s an example of how this will work.

The fewer attributes are being forged on a PXL, the more ADA goes to the Holder Treasury but at a lower frequency. The more attributes are being forged per PXL, a lower percentage of ADA will go to the Holder Treasury at a higher frequency in favour of a higher percentage going to the PXL Wars ADA Treasury.

Bases will also be rewarded following the same model with 0 attribute bases to receive a fixed ADA amount at each PXL forge.

Genesis holders will be able to redeem their ADA rewards on a familiar rotation basis.

Attribute revenue rotation will be dictated by the attribute number rarity of each PXL which features the attribute which is being forged: 8-attri / 1-attri / 6-attri / 2-attri / 3-attri / 5-attri / 4-attri, in the ascending order of their respective PXL IDs.

Base revenues & Legendary revenues will be distributed in the ascending order of the underlying PXL ID.

Legendary Genesis PXL revenues will be fuelled by a percentage deducted from the Loot Box revenue.

Since rewards will now likely be different / each forge process, the original reward redeem model has also changed into a time based one. As such, there will be an average, uniform reward / attribute or base calculated at an interval of time in order to create a uniform payout distribution.

Let's look at a clear fund distribution example for forging.

Let's assume that User A is forging **3 different PXLZ** in the PXL Forge:

1.  **DEAD Base** with one **Gold Chain** and one **Headphones** attributes.
    
2.  **DEAD Base** with one **Gold Chain**, one **Turtleneck** and one **Golden Earrings** attributes.
    
3.  **WEREWOLF Base** with one **Gold Chain**, one **Cigarette** attributes.
    

1.  **PXL#1 (2 attributes)**: 20 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 24.03 ADA (Headphones) = **54.03 ADA**
    
2.  **PXL#2 (3 attributes)**: 20 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 13.27 ADA (Turtleneck) + 14.70 (Golden Earrings) = **57.97 ADA**
    
3.  **PXL#3 (2 attributes)**: 70 ADA (base) + 10 ADA (Gold Chain) + 16.90 ADA (Cigarette) = **96.90 ADA**

Genesis rewards pools hold all of the corresponding reward funds stemming from forging. These funds are accessible to Genesis PXL holders based on their Genesis PXL holdings.

Each attribute and base has its own genesis reward pool.

The general calculation formula looks like this:

Where: **GRa** \- Genesis Rewards for item a **NoFA** - Total Number of Forged Attributes on a PXL **Pa** - Price of forging item a

The ADA amount coming into each pool is dictated by the number of attributes which is being forged on a PXL at a given time. If a PXL is forged with only 1 attribute, regardless of the base chosen, 90% of the total cost of that PXL is sent to the corresponding genesis reward pool.

If the number of attributes being forged on a PXL is 5 however, only 50% of the total value of that PXL is shipped to the corresponding genesis rewards pool.

Where: **TRz** - Total Reward for a given attribute z **n** - Total number of times that attribute z was forged **x** - Amount added to Genesis Reward Pool after forging.

Assuming the same example as above, the remaining funds out of the total **192 ADA** which were spent on forging are to be distributed to the PXL Wars ADA Treasury: 208.90 ADA - 161.31 ADA = **47.59 ADA**

The formula for this calculation is quite simple:

Where:

**PWT** - PXL Wars Treasury ADA funds **TF** - Total ADA spent on forging **TG** - Total ADA sent to the Genesis Holder Pools

This fund is exclusively meant to cover the ADA rewards for winners of PvP PXL Wars battles.

Assuming that the user who forged the above attributes and bases faces them off against another player and loses, the amount that his opponent will be winning is 10% of the total value he spent on forging them which in this case is **20.89 ADA**.

The PXL Wars Treasury is designed to support paying a winner of any given PvP game, completely independent from the total number of players.
