*   當前忙碌度
    
*   委託內部代碼(Spigot/Paper API等外)觸及度
    
*   版本跨度(最新版或太舊的版本皆會較貴)
    
*   API支援度(目前尚未有 Velocity API)
    
*   封包使用度
    
*   態度(凹價格、態度不佳只會搞的雙方心情不爽)

TJAction 是什麼?

TJAction 是由 TJService 開發的 YAML 動作系統，使用他可以觸發一些簡單動作。 比如傳送訊息同時撥放聲音、執行指令、關閉選單等。

修改插件

在這個千變萬化的世界中，每個人的想法不同，自然會產生各式各樣的代碼及寫法(Code Style)。

修改插件必須理解別人的邏輯。

更何況，有些作者提供的原始碼在不做修改的前提下甚至只能在他電腦上使用(由於依賴項管理失當)。

原始碼沒有保證能編譯，大部分僅供查看。

也由於有使用我們自製的API，而一般人的電腦中並不會有安裝此種依賴項。

編譯的辦法總是有的，但需要部份編譯系統知識，或改寫整個插件為無API形式。

\# 一/和諧條約

1.  下訂後**無特殊原因不可退訂/款**
    
2.  委託人失蹤之未追溯案件**有半年效力**
    
3.  中途若委託人**不配合案件完成**(具體事宜依工作人員判斷，不得有異議)， 亦或者**直接消失**，則**直接停止此案件**，款項不予退還
    
4.  每次的**違約**將會**記上警告，警告會影響你的事後委託能力**
    
5.  任何專案成立後視為委託人所有，但
    

*   **不得以任何方式轉售(以其他形式包裝轉售行為亦同)** 方式包括但不限於 修改、重新包裝、修改源碼輸出的插件...
    
*   可以贈送(將插件裝在非委託者所開的伺服器皆定義為贈送)給其他人，但被贈送人 **不可用於營利用途**
    
*   如被贈送人需要**營利**，請被贈送人花費 **1000元** 購買對被贈送人的專案授權 (如果插件總費用<1000 則只需要付插件費用當授權費)
    

1.  專案如果有**Bug漏洞**(非衝突)，或是當初委託時有包含但是未注意的事項， 將**免費更新**，如有需要**加強功能**等，將依照內容付費，且允許微調(微調次數及具體內容由開發者判斷)
    
2.  案件費用會依照 **委託文章完整性、邏輯性** 及 **製作困難度**等等因素決定， 具體委託文寫法可查看 [委託須知](https://docs.tjservice.org/cha-jian-wei-tuo/wei-tuo-xu-zhi)
    。
    
3.  當委託內容、敘述與成品不同產生爭議時，開發者保有判斷權及最終解釋權。 若邏輯合理，則不得有異議。
    
4.  \[插件類委託\] 會使用**自製API**幫助編寫， 如需 **不使用API 或 無該類API可用(目前僅Velocity API部分尚未完整)**，將會加收費用

1.  當您與我們進行交易時，即代表您為 **完全行為能力者**
    
2.  專案價格如果超過**3000元**，可以先付款**40%**，後續依照專案進度多加支付
    
3.  修改插件、引用API等，如原作者提出異議，**由委託方全權負責**
    
4.  正常**委託流程**為 委託 > 審核✅ 通過
    

> *   進入排隊期間 - 請在這段時間內完成付款(如果有很多人可以先付款排隊搶位)

> *   開始製作 - 如果是使用文字訊息，期間會使用**打勾 或 刪除的方式回報進度**
>

> *   **送出專案檔案**

> *   ❌ 拒絕 可能原因為無能力製作、**委託文不標準** 或 **缺乏必要資訊**，一般來說補上資訊即可

每次違規不一定只會記一次，情節嚴重者可能被直接禁止

截至目前，有違約紀錄者僅有兩人。 基本上只要是合理使用委託服務，有遵守條約，都不會被禁止。

違約判定包括但不限於此份條約中提及項，必要會視情況處理

> 只要有警告都會排至最後優先權，可多付款 $200 優先處理

1.  **警告**達到 1 次，無論價格須**一次付清全款才會接受委託**
    
2.  **警告**達到 2 次，**禁止委託**
    
3.  以上規則疊加運作

1.  可要求原代碼，**不須付費**，原代碼亦不保證能編譯

3.  \[插件類委託\] **玩家可視部分**，設定**不依照設定數量多付錢**， 且基本上能設定的都會給設定(訊息、資料值、物品顯示..)

> *   ❌ 拒絕 此後**使用此類API物件都需重寫**
