Twin can integrate with **ANY app**. We don’t rely on a pre-built integrations library. Twin generates real Rust automation code to help you automate on any app.For the most common business tools (Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Discord, etc.) we have integrated Google OAuth to offer a seamless experience.The key difference is that Twin can operate directly inside web apps when APIs aren’t available, using our Web Browser Agent to control the interface.

Can Twin integrate with custom UIs built on Lovable & Base44 or external apps?

Yes. You can ask the agent to connect using Lovable API or any other external service.

Can Twin respond to external events automatically?

Yes. You can run agents when Slack messages, email arrivals, webhook events, or form submissions occur. You can also run agents on a time schedule.

Do I need to manage servers or infrastructure?

No. Twin runs the agent executions in managed environments so you don’t have to provision infrastructure for typical deployments.

Can I chain multiple agents or workflows together?

1) Start With the Fast Path: Inspect the Last Run

The quickest way to debug is to look at the most recent execution. In Twin, your first stop should always be:

*   The **latest run details** (what the agent did, step by step)
*   The **inputs** that were provided
*   Any **errors / warnings** surfaced during execution

If you’re using the chat editor, describe what happened and reference the last run so Twin can reason over it.

*   “The run completed but the output is wrong. Identify where it went off track.”
*   “Rerun with the same input, but add stronger extraction rules and return structured output.”

Sometimes everything “succeeds,” but the result is incomplete, oddly formatted, or inaccurate. Treat this differently than a hard failure.

Validate inputs

*   Were you using the expected URL, file, row, or payload?
*   Are fields missing or in a different format than usual?

Follow the execution path

*   Review the run steps and confirm the agent visited the right page(s) and captured the right data.
*   Look for skipped branches (filters, conditions, early exits).

Reduce the problem

Re-run with a very simple input you can predict:

*   Example: use one test URL instead of a list of 50
*   Example: use a single row instead of the full spreadsheet

If the simple case works, the issue is likely input complexity or edge cases.

Check decision points

If the agent is making choices (e.g., “pick the best result”, “find the right page”), tighten your instructions:

*   Specify which page to prefer (About vs Team vs Contact)
*   Define what counts as a “match”
*   Define the exact output schema

Verify external systems

If the agent writes into a tool (Sheets, CRM, email), confirm:

*   Correct destination
*   Correct permissions
*   Correct field mapping

When should I choose the Web Agent instead of other extraction methods?

Use the Web Agent when:

*   The steps aren’t fully predictable
*   The site relies heavily on client-side rendering
*   Authentication is required

For simple, public, static pages, lighter extraction tools may be faster (e.g. Apify).

Can I see what the agent is doing?

Yes. A live browser session shows the agent’s actions step by step, making the process transparent.
